How do I know if the item is in-stock?

Making the purchase immediately is the best way to ensure you get your item. If there are any issues upon fulfillment, we will notify you via email and discuss options.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery During checkout, you'll receive an estimated delivery date range.* Orders typically arrive 2-4 business days after shipment, but there can be carrier delays (FedEx, USPS, or UPS) especially during holiday season. For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, please check your provided tracking number.

How can I change/add/cancel my order?

Changing/adding to your order We do our best to fulfill your order immediately but in the event that you may need to make changes to or add to your order, you are eligible to make these changes within 1 hour of your order placement. This helps us process your order in the quickest, most efficient manner possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Canceling your order Orders are eligible for cancellation within 1 hour of your order placement. Although we will do our best to cancel your order, orders move quickly in our fulfillment center and cancellation is not guaranteed. Please Contact Us as soon as possible.

When will my order ship?

Shipping Most orders placed before 2:00 pm EST ship the same business day. Any orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will ship the following business day.* *We ship Monday through Saturday excluding federal holidays.

Can I have my package delivered on a certain date?

Yes, if express shipping is selected at checkout we can deliver on a specific date. Do note, not all items can be expressed. Please check restrictions on items when ordering.

How do I return my order?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days as long as it's still in 'sellable condition.' This means that the item must be unworn, unwashed and devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears or mysterious smells. Items that are not in sellable condition because they have been worn and/or damaged due to improper use will not be accepted for return. Gift Cards, food items, load-bearing climbing equipment, (harnesses, carabiners, or pretty much anything that you would use when climbing), are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All electronic items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Returns are credited to the original payment method, unless received more than 30 days after the purchase date.
